Refund policy
1. No Return / No Refund
Due to the perishable nature of our edible products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or provide refunds once the order has been delivered.
2. Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or prepared
- Once preparation or dispatch has started, cancellation is not allowed
3. Exceptions (Limited Cases Only)
We may offer a replacement (not refund) only in the following cases:
- Wrong item delivered
- Product received in a damaged or spoiled condition
To request a replacement:
- You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos or video proof of the issue
4. Non-Eligible Cases
We will not accept any complaints or requests in the following situations:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Failed delivery due to customer unavailability
- Improper storage or handling after delivery
- Minor variations in taste, texture, or appearance (natural in food products)
5. Refund Policy
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances
- In approved cases, only replacement or store credit (if applicable) may be provided at our discretion
